Been seeing this on IG and TT, and it IS worth the hype. In just 15 minutes, you get your own generously filled, stuffed-crust pizza at home that's crispy on the edges and gooey in the centre. Using sausages in place of string cheese for two of the edges bulks up the entire thing (more topping, more better! I need ALOOTTT of food) and adds more porcine goodness to the "pizza" as its juices ooze out during the baking process. An easy mid-day treat for anyone at home :b

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap

  • 2 Tablespoons storebought pizza/tomato sauce

  • 2 strings of string cheese

  • 2 sausages

  • Few slices of pepperoni or ham

  • mozzarella cheese, shredded (To taste)

  • 4 toothpicks

Directions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees C.
  • Lay your tortilla wrap in front of you. On two opposing ends, place your string cheese. Roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
  • On the other two ends, do the same with a (suitable-sized) sausage, rolling them up and securing with toothpicks as well.
  • Sprinkle the centre with mozzarella cheese and spoon over some tomato sauce. Lay a couple slices of pepperoni or ham on top. Bake in your pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes, until the edges turn golden, and the cheese is all melty and gooey!
